1. Who We Are And What We Are Not

We are an independent administrative service that prepares application documents and submits job applications on your written instruction.

We are not a recruitment agency, employment agency, employment business, immigration adviser, medical regulator or educational body. We do not employ, hire, place or represent candidates to employers, we do not receive any fee or commission from employers, and we do not have any influence over hiring decisions.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the National Health Service (NHS), NHS England, NHS Scotland, NHS Wales, HSC Northern Ireland, the NHS Jobs or TRAC platforms, Oriel, or the General Medical Council (GMC). All names, trade marks and logos belonging to those organisations remain the property of their owners and are referred to on this website only descriptively, to identify the type of publicly advertised vacancies you may ask us to apply to.

2. The Service

The service covers substantive, locum, fixed-term and other advertised service posts only. We do not provide training-post, specialty-training or Oriel applications, and we do not provide immigration, legal, medical, registration or careers advice.

• Reviewing the CV and information you supply and reformatting it into a UK-style CV.
• Preparing a tailored CV and cover letter for each individual vacancy you order.
• Identifying publicly advertised vacancies that match the eligibility information you have provided (for example visa sponsorship requirements, GMC registration status, grade, specialty and location).
• Completing and submitting online applications on your behalf, using the information and authorisation you have given us.
• Sending you, on completion of your batch, a delivery pack containing the tailored documents and a spreadsheet record of every submission.

3. Eligibility And Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must register with a valid email address, verify that address, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

You may not share an account, use the service on behalf of another person without their written consent, or create accounts using false details.

4. Your Responsibilities And Warranties

• All information, qualifications, registration details, references, immigration status and employment history you provide must be true, accurate, current and your own.
• You authorise us to submit applications containing that information in your name and to use your contact details where an application form requires them.
• You must tell us promptly of any change that affects your eligibility (for example a change of visa status, GMC registration, or availability).
• You remain solely responsible for the content of your applications, for responding to employers, for attending interviews, and for any pre-employment checks, licensing or immigration requirements.
• We may refuse, pause or terminate an order if we reasonably believe information supplied is false, misleading or unlawful, or that submitting it would breach an employer's or platform's terms.

5. Pricing, Orders And Payment

• The fee is USD 5.50 per application. The standard minimum order is 25 applications; single-application orders are available where offered on the website.
• Prices are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any bank, card or currency-conversion charges applied by your own provider.
• Payment is taken electronically through PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details; card and account data are processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy.
• An order is accepted only once payment has been confirmed. A receipt or invoice is emailed to you after successful payment.
• Unused applications from a paid batch remain available for 12 months from the date of payment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery And Timescales

Work normally begins once we have your payment, your CV and the eligibility information we need. Any timescale we give is a good-faith estimate and is not a contractual deadline, because volumes depend on the vacancies actually advertised at the time. Where suitable vacancies are limited, we will tell you and agree how to proceed rather than submit applications you are not eligible for.

7. No Guarantee Of Outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee shortlisting, an interview, a job offer, a visa, sponsorship, registration or any other outcome. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers. Any figures, examples or past experience mentioned on this website are illustrative only and are not a promise of results.

8. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your CV and personal materials and grant us a limited licence to adapt and submit them for the purpose of your order. The website, its text, design and templates remain our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied or resold. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the fees you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or for acts, omissions, delays, technical faults or rejections by employers, recruitment platforms, regulators or payment providers.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension And Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service, with notice where practicable, for non-payment, misuse, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be notified by email or on the website.

12. Governing Law And Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
