Sponsorship-Aware Applications

Application Help For NHS Jobs With Visa Sponsorship

If you need sponsorship, applying to the wrong vacancies burns weeks for nothing. We read the advert and the person specification first, and only submit applications where the employer states that sponsorship is available for the role you are eligible for.

How We Screen For Sponsorship

During onboarding you tell us your nationality-related work authorisation status, whether you currently hold UK permission to work, and your registration position. We use that to filter advertised roles, prioritising those where the employer explicitly mentions sponsorship or is a licensed sponsor for the grade in question.

Because adverts change and sponsorship decisions sit entirely with the employer, we cannot promise that a sponsored offer will follow. What we can do is make sure your applications are not lost on avoidable eligibility grounds.

Important Limits

We provide administrative application support only. We are not immigration advisers and do not give immigration or legal advice — for visa questions, please consult a regulated immigration adviser.

We are not a recruitment agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the NHS or the GMC. Those names are used descriptively to identify the kind of publicly advertised vacancies you may ask us to apply to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee a sponsored NHS job?

No. Sponsorship and hiring decisions belong to the employer. We guarantee the work we control: careful screening, tailored documents and completed submissions.

Will you tell me which visa route to use?

No — that would be immigration advice, which we are not regulated to give. We simply record whether you need sponsorship and apply accordingly.

What if very few sponsored vacancies are open?

We will tell you honestly and, where you prefer, widen the grade, specialty or location scope with your permission rather than submitting unsuitable applications.
